Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snifty.co.za (the "Site"), operated by Christian van Wyk, trading as Snifty ("Snifty", "we", "us"), based in Cape Town, South Africa. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Snifty

Snifty builds apps for the monday.com marketplace. Snifty is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by monday.com Ltd. "monday.com" is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Our apps

Each Snifty app may have its own terms and privacy policy, published on that app's page. If you install or subscribe to an app through the monday.com marketplace, your use of it is governed by:

• that app's terms and privacy policy
• monday.com's own terms that apply to marketplace apps

Billing, subscriptions and refunds for apps purchased through the monday.com marketplace are handled by monday.com under its terms.

If an app's terms conflict with these Terms, the app's terms apply to that app.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through malware, scraping that overloads it, or denial-of-service attacks
• use the Site to send spam or to infringe anyone's rights

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos and code, belong to Snifty or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as monday.com. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snifty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
